Vivo Gaming Heads to SiGMA Africa 2024 in Cape Town

Vivo Gaming was among the exhibitors at SiGMA Africa 2024, held at the Sun Exhibits Integrated Resort in Cape Town, South Africa, from March 11 to 13. The event marked the second edition of SiGMA’s African summit, following the inaugural event in Nairobi, Kenya, in January 2023.

The African iGaming market represents one of the industry’s most significant emerging opportunities, with mobile connectivity and smartphone adoption driving rapid growth across the continent. For Vivo Gaming, attending SiGMA Africa provided a platform to engage with operators and regulators in a region where live casino content is still relatively untapped.

The Vivo Gaming team met with operators and platform providers across the three-day event, demonstrating its live dealer portfolio and discussing how its multi-language, multi-currency platform can serve the diverse needs of African markets. With support for over 27 languages and 178 currencies, Vivo Gaming’s technology is well positioned to adapt to the linguistic and economic diversity of the continent.

The company also operates studios in South Africa, further strengthening its ability to serve operators in the region with locally produced content and reduced latency for African player bases.

SiGMA Africa 2024 drew exhibitors and delegates from across the global iGaming industry, reflecting the growing international interest in Africa’s gaming potential. For Vivo Gaming, the event reinforced the company’s strategy of building presence in high-growth emerging markets alongside its established operations in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
