What you’ll be responsible for:Â
• Overseeing daily operations of a high-volume live streaming studio
• Leading large teams across shifts in a continuous 24/7 setup
• Ensuring smooth coordination between local teams, global leadership, and international clients
• Maintaining operational stability in a fast-moving, live production environment
• Driving performance, structure, and accountability at scale

What you need to bring:
• Experience leading large operational teams (150+ employees) in complex 24/7 environments
• Experience in live gaming, or similarly high-intensity operations (strong advantage)
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
