Terms and Conditions of the draw

1. Organizer: The contest is organized by Vivo Gaming (the “Organizer”)
2. Eligibility Criteria:
   • In order to participate you will need follow our LinkedIn page.
   • Participants must scan the QR code provided at the event and follow our LinkedIn social media account to be eligible for the prize draw. You may of course unfollow our social media at any time after the contest without any limitation, term or condition. You are entitled to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data at any time.
   • No personal data or registration is required to participate.
   • By participating in the draw you hereby confirm that you are older than 18 years of age.
3. Prizes:
   • The contest offers miscellaneous prizes at the organizer’s discretion.
   • Prizes will be awarded according to the rules of the contest and based on the availability of the prizes.
   • The prizes may be identical to, or differ from, the illustrations shown on the spin wheel, and will be awarded at the sole discretion of the organizer
4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected randomly via a spin wheel (or similar method) during the event.
   • Winners will be announced at the end of the convention, and they will be able to claim their prizes immediately.
5. Contest Duration:
   • The contest will be active only during the duration of the convention.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   • The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that participants may incur by participating in the contest or receiving a prize and by participating you confirm that you will not have any claims towards the organizer with respect to the draw.
7. Additional Terms:
   • The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, without prior notice, due to circumstances that will justify such modification and/or cancelation at the organizer’s discretion.
   • The organizer does not guarantee prize delivery if no participants meet the basic eligibility requirements and/or draw the required prize.
   • The organizer does not make any warranty as to the prizes value, quality and/or compliance with their specifications.
   • By participating in the draw, you consent to the collection of your personal data, including your name, email address, telephone, and/or company, for the purpose of administering the contest, awarding prizes, marketing and/or commercial purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Exclusions:
   • The contest is open to all participants over 18 years of age, except for organizer’s staff and their immediate family members.
