Terms and Conditions of the Draw

1. Organizer: The contest is organized by Vivo Gaming (the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Participants must scan the QR code provided at the event and follow our LinkedIn social media account to be eligible for the prize draw.
Business email addresses only.
By participating in the draw you hereby confirm that you are older than 18 years of age.
You may unfollow our social media at any time after the contest without any limitation, term or condition. You are entitled to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data at any time.

3. Prizes:

The contest offers miscellaneous prizes at the Organizer’s discretion.
Prizes will be awarded according to the rules of the contest and based on availability.
Prizes may not be exact models as shown and may differ from illustrations displayed on the spin wheel.

4. Winner Selection & Collection:

Winners will be selected randomly via a spin wheel (or similar method).
Draws are made at random at 4.30pm Tuesday and 2.30pm Wednesday.
Winners will be notified by email provided at registration.
Prizes must be collected at the Vivo Gaming stand 1F40 by 5pm Tuesday and 3pm Wednesday respectively.
Judges’ decision is final.

5. Contest Duration: The contest will be active only during the duration of the convention.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that participants may incur by participating in the contest or receiving a prize. By participating, you confirm that you will not have any claims towards the Organizer with respect to the draw.
7. Additional Terms:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
The Organizer does not guarantee prize delivery if no participants meet eligibility requirements.
The Organizer makes no warranty as to prize value, quality, or compliance with specifications.
By participating, you consent to the collection of your personal data (name, email address, telephone, and/or company) for administering the contest, awarding prizes, and marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time. All data processed in accordance with GDPR.

8. Exclusions: The contest is open to all participants over 18 years of age, except for the Organizer’s staff and their immediate family members.
